I made this tonight and it was amazing!! The family really enjoyed it! I made enough for 6 portions. I tripled everything except the tomatoes and the stock (which I doubled) and the consistency was great!

Had this tonight. Did double the mix but took ages to get to the desired thickness. Will definitely do again, maybe add a bit less liquid so it thickens quicker.

If needed you could try a cornflour slurry to help thicken in 😊
