That was banging!!๐ Really enjoyed my first foray into cooking. And I'm 68!! Loads of flavour and just the right amount of kick. Only changes were the cream cheese I had was off ๐ก and couldn't get any parmisan so I used grated cheddar. Actually worked really well. Cheers Max ๐

Iโm actually enjoying cooking again. Since my husband died 6 years ago I really havenโt bothered cooking for one . I have resorted to buying ready meals. Since I have found Meals with Max Iโm real enjoying cooking again. I always make enough for 2 days so I donโt have to worry the following day for lunch. This Peri Peri chicken is amazing!!โ ๐ฅ Banging x

Itโs there a substitute the tinned tomatoes as Iโm making this again for a friend of mine but he canโt have tomatoes due to his acid reflux??

Wow, thatโs a lot of lovely flavours there, maybe a bit too hot for me, Iโm a bit of a wimp when it comes to Nandoโs ๐ even though I did use the mild sauce!! lol but will definitely be making this again, even my son enjoyed some of it and heโs a very fussy eater!!
