This is a really nice dish but think I added a little bit too much lemon as it was a really strong taste which almost ruined it 🙈

My efforts are a bit discoloured due to the bacon sticking a little to the bottom of pan. Still tasted really good though, enjoy it, and something different to what I would usually eat.
