Very nice but could’ve done with a little bit of spice for me. Will definitely be adding when I make it next time

Created this dish tonight. However I thought it tastes a little watery? Just tasted like water & tomatoes and like it needed more seasonings. So what seasonings would you suggest adding?

Hi Mia, you could add more basil and garlic next time. Also some smoked paprika would be good as well. You could try reducing the sauce down more so its a bit thicker and make sure the pasta is fully drained - as sometimes the pasta can end up adding more water which can water down the flavour

Photo taken before we added the pasta. We didn't add quite enough seasoning. We also felt it would be nice with fresh basil too
