Step 1
Chop the potatoes into cubes and place into a bowl. Spray with some oil, then season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin and salt. Transfer to your air fryer and cook at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, shaking halfway. They should be crispy and cooked through, if not, cook a little longer.

Made a double batch of the mince (pork because beef is too dear atm!) tonight with some additions - kidney beans, onion, pepper and a couple of carrots that were desperate to be used. Super tasty and I'm looking forward to the leftovers.

Great meal. Potatoes maybe needed a bit longer in the fryer. Had 20mins, not crispy. Had 3 x sprays of oil.
