Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef mince, break it up and cook until it’s browned. Season with half the paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook for a couple more minutes, then remove from the pan.
Serve with rice, jacket potato, on nachos or in a burrito!

Let’s just say I didn’t quite get all the ingredients (red pepper) and other bits but did plonk some dark chocolate in it too. Really nice, thank you.
