Can this be frozen or will it curdle?

You can freeze it π if it splits/curdles after freezing, when reheating just add a little milk and it should bring it all back together as it was. Alternatively, you could skip the cheese, cream and bacon before freezing. Then when reheating add the cream, cheese and bacon. Hope that helps π
