Absolutely delicious! 4 clean plates! Will be a regular in our house. I did it slightly different and marinated the chicken overnight in all the marinade and then cooked the chicken in a pan and added the coconut milk near the end and we had it like a curry. It’s a great recipe! Thanks Max!!
