When do you add the chilli and lemon zest?

Great recipe, easy to make. Fish proved a little expensive at the quantities stated, so not one for everyday cooking.

Enjoyed making it but the sauce was a little thinner than I was expecting to have come out as, but will try it again

This sauce is meant to be a bit thinner than other curry’s, but you could simmer a little longer so it reduces down or you could thicken with a cornflour slurry 😊

Delicious, a little spicy so think I will put slightly less curry paste in , but packed with flavour .
