Very nice. The extra step of crisping the chicken is well worth it. Will definitely make this again.

I've just tried this recipe and it's a hit! The sauce is lovely and tangy. I just made the sauce this time to try it and it's delicious! Next time I'll add the veggies and pineapple.

This was good but… the video shows the chicken wet with the mixture and then dry as you place in the airfryer, I think some honesty is needed here… lovely

I had the same issue ! The mixture is too wet and turns almost into a wet batter would need alot more cornflour… but otherwise the sauce is delicious

Glad you enjoyed it! It was wet, then the flour added should coat the chicken and soak up the moisture making it dry. If it’s still wet before going in the air fryer, I would add some extra flour

I added an extra 2tbsp of cornflour, I think we would need 20 lol. I’ll adjust next time or make a small batch and test. Thanks for replying

I cooked this last night and it was lovely. I have a question about calories though. It says it works out at 395 kcals per serving but I weighed everything and it worked out at 507kcals per serving. The 4tbsp of cornflower alone fo the coating was 120kcals . Would be great to get this confirmed Max
