Absolutely love this meal,made it three times now!! Bit fiddly to make with all the spices etc,but well worth it.I added red peppers too. Definitely one of my favourite healthy meals.

I needed more cornflour than in the ingredients. To make it crispy like yours looked didnβt work as well. We liked it but could taste the cornflour a bit. I will do rice with it next time to mellow the sweetness. We ate it all though.
