Me and my wife absolutely loved this beef, we had left overs which covered in the leftover gravy and it was still tender and juicy the next day too. Definitely sold on this app for meal ideas.

Hey! I would aim for around 60-63 degrees celcius, so if you pull it out the oven around 57 degrees and then rest it should be good 😊
