Can I ask where the protein comes from? I just can’t see how there can be 16g protein with no protein source from what I can tell except a very small amount in parmesan maybe.

Couldn’t find the blender to blitz the veggies but it was really nice chunky. I also added chicken in small pieces to add more protein and stretch it further. Delicious quick easy week night meal. Thanks!
