Had to use tagliatelle as I didn’t have spaghetti. Very tasty bolognaise sauce, best one I’ve made 😋

Really yummy I had empty plates which is a first , both children said it was better than my normal bolognese. I didn’t have pancetta so I used smoked bacon just a few rashers and had to add garlic and some herbs full of flavour a total keeper!

I used whole milk, it does make all the difference

I normally use whole milk or semi-skimmed, if you wanted to reduce the calories further you could use skimmed milk 😊
