The burgers were great, mine was a bit dry though so I don't know how I've managed to do that, but a simple easy recipe! Would cook again 😁

Glad you enjoyed them Kerry! Sometimes leaner beef can be a little drier, something like 15%-20% would be juicier but a bit higher in calories
