This should be called "Another Level Lasagne"! Amazing...I cooked it for 8 thinking is would last us 2 meals this week. Literally as I pulled it out the oven some friends popped in and between us we devoured it! They commented how it was the best lasagne they've ever had, and as much as I'd like to take credit ๐๐ It's deffo down to the recipe! Cheers Max ๐ป

Any tips for top not going hard at the edges?

I actually really like the crispy bits ๐ but you could add more sauce on top and just make sure itโs fully spread to the edges and covering all the pasta ๐

It was far too hard at the sides lol. Yeah I didnt put enough sauce on it I think
