I’ve made this exactly to your ingredients and method but it’s coming in at 691 calories per portion!! That’s a huge difference to yours

Thanks for flagging this! I’ve checked it and I think I’ve found what’s happened. The nutrition was calculated using 180g chicken as the raw weight, but the ingredients currently say 180g cooked chicken, which is why you’re getting a higher figure in your tracker. I’m going to get the recipe updated so the ingredient wording and nutrition match properly. Really appreciate you pointing it out!

Thank you! Might be worth adding a value in for the lime juice too (eg 1tsp) as I used bottle lime. Delicious recipe though!

1 ★, really misleading proportions in the extremely rushed video. Recipe doesn’t detail amounts or grams for 3 of the core ingredients (lettuce, cucumber and onion), therefore I went by best guess based on the video (1 lettuce leaf, 1/6 large cucumber, half a medium onion) and the amount of filling to wrap ratio was absolutely ridiculous. I tried my best to cram it all in but couldn’t possibly wrap it properly and in the process I got my hands, the wrap itself and the chopping board completely covered in the sauce. By the time it came to eating, half of it fell out on the plate. Realistically you can only fit half of the filling in an average sized tortilla wrap. Clearly it’s my fault for putting too much in the mixing bowl but what am I supposed to do? Guess the proportions for half of the recipe? The recipe should include the exact amounts (e.g. 1 lettuce leaf) or grams (e.g. 50g chopped onion) of how much of each ingredient you need, so you don’t accidentally prepare too much. The video should be longer and more detailed vs. just a re-upload of the rushed YouTube Shorts video because people are paying money for this service. I’ve included photos so people don’t think I’m dropping negative reviews without making the effort to follow the poorly written recipe – I apologise for anyone who has to suffer looking at them. Furthermore, the recipe just tasted like mayo, onion and chilli and I’m wondering if mixing those three would’ve yielded the same result without all the cost of the other ingredients (or paying for a subscription fee – thank god this is just a free trial). For someone making a gross of £2 million a year on this recipe site alone, I’d expect him to put fully detailed lists in his recipes, record a separate, slower paced & detailed video for paying customers (most of us aren’t chefs so need to see proportions) and offer much more detailed macros (there’s no mention of saturated fat, sugar, fibre or salt, which for a “healthy eating” recipe subscription service is pretty damn poor).

I'm not the best at making wraps 🙈 but this was absolutely lovely ( worth getting all the spices etc out for 😂) It took me longer than five minutes to make though, but with practice, hopefully I'll be as fast as Max soon! I didn't have any sriracha,so I substituted it with sweet chilli sauce. Will definitely make again. Thanks Max.Banging!!! 😊

Delicious! I used spring onions because I forgot the chives which gave it even more of a kick. Will definitely cook again - with chives!
