I was amazed by the flavour of the sauce. Prepping the chicken needed a little more work as I made one hell of a mess, but as a first time out it went better than I thought it would.

Amazing Chris! Really happy you enjoyed the sauce :) And I'm glad it went better than you thought, I'm sure it will be much easier second time around!

Second time around, I made the sauce the night before to save some time. I need to work on my presentation skills a bit more but my daughter and partner ate it with me and they both said it was as you say absolutely banging. The kitchen once again looked like a bomb site, but noone lost their lives and now I'm looking forward to making my next meal. Thanks Max!

Really nice dish. Does taste like a restaurant version. My only comment is that I am not sure why you would pan fry this. Lots of oil needed. Why not air fry. I will try next time

Made this, went down well. Sauce was more brown than yours but will definitely do again.

Your sauce is more orange and less thick than mine. I'll use more stock next time but do I just need to use more carrots to get the brighter orange?

Yes more stock will loosen the sauce 😊 and yep the carrots + curry powder will help contribute to the sauce colour!

Delicious and really easy to make. I used wholegrain rice instead of white and, whilst the flavours were still there, I think I'll use white next time.
