Not sure what I did wrong but it came out nothing like this. Could not crisp up the beef followed measurements just did not work, still tasted good though, might have to invest in a stainless steel pan, this one of the very very few recipes from max that I just couldn’t get right for some reason.

Really super. Easy to cook in double quick time and family loved it. Added green pepper for some colour. How on earth do you get your egg with a crispy bottom but still runny??!
