OMG! I cooked this for dinner and it was a total hit, the flavour was absolutely delicious, the sauce was the perfect consistency and coated the steak and broccoli beautifully, I didn’t bother blanching the broccoli as we quite like it with a bit of crunch, I used sirloin steak which was so tender, I may even put some pak Choi in with it next time, also I have to admit I did put a tiny sprinkle of msg in with it, I will definitely be making this again, thanks for the recipe 🙂

I made a sticky rice version also. Added corn starch to the sauce and added brown sugar .

The sauce was very watery and not enough for 15 potions.

I followed the recipe for 14 portions and this sauce is very watery, so I added corn starch.

Sorry to hear it ended up a little watery, but yes corn starch will definitely do the trick to thicken it like you did 😊
