Misinterpreted the rice. Cooked 300g of dry rice 🤷♂️. Rice tomorrow I suppose then. Made it before and definitely will again 👌

Yet another banger of a recipe Max! Not really a fan of red meat so tend to overlook recipes using steak etc but we wanted something a bit different so tried this. So quick and easy to make and packed full of flavour. Will definitely use this again.

Absolutely delicious meal, full of flavour and delicious, enjoyed it so much, but portion size was in my opinion made for a child. My 10 year old daughter would eat more than this. I was left feeling hungry afterwards and this was not filling enough. Due to this I ended up at the 24 hour McDonald’s drive through with a 20 box of chicken nuggets because I was still hungry. Will make a mental note to double portion sizes in future.
