Brilliant dish! I swapped out the chicken for “vegan” chicken as I’m a veggie and added some veg to bulk out my meal. Thoroughly enjoyed it, the sauce was spot on - nice one Max!

The chicken was nice. The sauce is VERY peanutty. A little too concentrated for me, so i added equal amount of sour cream to the sauce, and it was really good. Nice balance to the strong peanut flavour.
