Came out really well, not sure on the dark brown ring on some of them, is that down to me not turning them enough and covering in duck fat evenly? Still tasted great!!

They look perfectly crispy! Yes it can be down to turning, or sometimes in the oven some parts are often hotter than others. E.g. in my oven often the back is hotter than the front as it’s a gas oven
