This recipe will become a family favourite I predict, judging by the reactions last night. I followed it almost to the letter, I went with smoked paprika and paprika combinwd and used low calorie creme fraiche rather than sour cream - as I didn't have any. Also, I was out of white pepper - so used black instead. Will see if there is a noticeable difference next time with all ingredients. A banging 5 stars!
