The recipe was marvellous, and I’m really pleased with how they turned out for a first attempt! Our fan oven runs a little hot so I put it on 200 degrees for 18 minutes. I over proved them a little bit, but they were still very yummy and a lovely bagel-y texture. The only problem is after sending to the pictured lab for testing and other taste testers getting involved, I only have 3 left for next week’s lunches! 😆
