Slice the chicken into thin strips. Beat the egg in a bowl, then add the chicken. In another bowl, add the cornflour, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Remove excess egg from the chicken, then coat in seasoned cornflour.

Served with egg fried rice as I already hade some made in the freezer. Spiced it up with srirachas sauce and peri peri sauce. Chicken lovely and crispy and surprisingly stayed crispy even when ditting in the sauce

Yes you could cook it in the oven at the same temp but for about 5 mins longer 😊

Made this tonight beautiful but blew my Brain off 🤣 youngest couldn’t handle the heat but the others loved it. My fussy eaters are enjoying the new food. Xx

Didn’t have spring onions so used chopped chives instead! Wasn’t ‘quite’ as crispy as I’d like, but probably because the chicken pieces were too big! I did half in the airfryer and half in the oven (only got a small airfryer!) Amazing flavours! Thanks Max!
