First grate the cucumber, then squeeze it in your hands to remove all the excess water. Place it in a bowl, finely grate 1 garlic clove, add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp greek yogurt and a pinch of salt, then mix until combined. Place into the fridge.

I added some rocket and chilli sauce to mine - perfection. Getting the flatbreads to a good level of thin/thickness will require a touch of practise but otherwise a super easy and quick recipe!

Does not mention adding Greek yoghurt with the grated cucumber, however in the video is does. So do I or don’t I add it? If so, how much?

Both me and my husband loved it, I messed up the first flat bread but got the second one right! I didn't realise I had to marinate the chicken so probably would have tasted even better if I had. wondering if you could maybe put that in the ingredients section or somewhere easy to see so we know to marinate first ☺️

I didn’t make the flatbread as was rushing but the meal itself was lovely. My children loved it to. I gave the garlic a bit too much of a good time which I’m going to taste for weeks.. so tasty
