Really good recipe and the flavours were brilliant! Used pork mince instead of beef and it still tasted phenomenal. Will make again

Was lovely! There was no mention of when to add the lime juice in the method so when I realised I just chucked it in at the endπŸ˜‚ but tasted great!

The recipe was easy to follow and the ingredients are good however I think I maybe messed up somewhere in the process. It came out a bit dry and not too much flavour so I think my first time cooking this wasn't a great success πŸ˜… however it could have just been some bad luck on my first attempt. I will give this another go in the future!

Yet again, the kids are in LOVE with "my" cooking 🀣 Another winner in our household. Filling, low calorie and bursting with flavour. This will be a regular on our dinner table from now on. Thanks Max!

I think there is a mistake in the ammount of beef stock, I was making a recipe for three portions, and the liquid was too much it ended up looking like a soup haha ended up removing a lot of it

Let me double check that, appreciate you letting me know! It can vary a bit depending on how much the noodles absorb/how long it is simmering for. Did you use dried noodles for this?
