I was really excited to try this as I love chicken fried rice, however, it was so bland!! It did t have any real taste at all, and I didn't even finish my portion because I just didn't enjoy it at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. I significantly increased the amount of onion and used 1 egg per serving. It was well worth the extra calories ๐Ÿ˜‹

Is the weight of the rice before you cook it?

This one is cooked rice weight, it roughly doubles in weight. So 100g cooked is approx 50g uncooked ๐Ÿ˜Š
