My chicken breast were large and took ages to cook, while the herbs burned on the outside. This meant the sauce reduced a bit too much and could have been looser.

Added cooked mushrooms (that was cooked in same herbs as chicken) before adding the pasta. Used mini chicken breast fillets rather than full breasts . Still banging!😋

I wish I'd watched the video first. What you do in the video doesn't match the written method, so our sauce wasn't how it should be. The flavours were there but I knew something wasn't quite right. I'll definitely make it again but use the video method.

When I tried to add the parmesan to the melted butter, it didn't go creamy, instead I just got clumpy burnt lumps of cheese. Any advice?

That often happens if the pan is a bit too hot, I would try letting it cool down a little before the cheese and that should help 😊

It was nice the flavours but there wasn’t as much sauce to be tasty
