Ive made this a couple of times and its great,thankyou max. Only thing I did differently was add mushrooms amd added more chilli powder

This looks great, only problem is I don’t have a blender to blend the tomatoes. Is there another way I can blend tomatoes or an alternative option that would taste much the same?

It’s not essential to blend, you can just chop them 😊 alternatively, you could swap the tomatoes for tomato pasata instead. Either works great!
